Women Helping Women is an organization that offers support services, such as shelter, counseling, and legal aid, to women and girls that are survivors of domestic violence. WHW aims to spread awareness, create community and amplify female voices. In an effort to challenge the stereotype that domestic violence victims are self destructive or weak, the brand identity is bold, self assured and communicates strength and power.

SOCIAL MEDIA AND AD CAMPAIGN
When brainstorming content for social media and ads, it came together after considering a few important how might we questions. The ad campaign consists of street posters and subway ads that pair eye catching headlines and imagery with copy that reminds viewers that we offer reliable, supportive, and dependable services. The social media stream spreads awareness, creates opportunities to support each other, and provides hope to those in need.
